Shared Path Library

Shared Path Library is an innovative analysis designed to optimize the synthesis of libraries of analogue compounds by identifying and utilizing shared synthetic steps and intermediates. This approach allows users to input a library of up to 20 target molecules, which SYNTHIA™ analyzes simultaneously.

The software focuses on finding common pathways among the submitted compounds, prioritizing those with the most shared synthetic steps. This method not only streamlines the synthesis process but also aids in discovering late-stage divergent syntheses, providing three synthesis options for each target molecule.

Setting up a Shared Path Library analysis is straightforward. Users can upload their target molecules using the upload button on analysis setup page. Synthia™ accepts files in format such as MOL, SDF, or CSV (with structures listed as SMILES under a column titled ‘SMILES’). Once uploaded, the Multiple-Target Analysis Setup page opens, displaying the target molecules in a grid format, with ‘Shared Path Library’ selected by default. Users can then choose their preferred analysis parameters and initiate the analysis.
